Stewart Preserve

Stewart Preserve is a 123 acre parcel owned by The Nature Conservancy. It contains 2 miles of trails. Access to the preserve is on Stewart Lane, a narrow dirt road. There are a cluster of houses at the end of the lane and maybe room to park 2 cars. A power line crosses Stewart Lane so parking there and walking the quarter of a mile or so up the road to the preserve in another option.

The main loop is well marked with orange and has a relatively gentle grade. There is a short side loop marked with blue which has a steep section up and down a small knoll. The trail kiosk has a trail map and information about the ecosystems found on the preserve and the flora you can see there.
